Very good, clear instructions and reasoning. HOWEVER, PLEASE EDIT. The text has so many grammatical errors, reading is interrupted with a jolt. Very irritating. Very poor quality grammar.
I really enjoyed the lunch menu, Abagail Lewis gives direct instructions on her dishes and the bean and sage soup was so yummy. i gave the book a 5 star rating because it was exactly what i was looking for and was well written.
Love the shortness of the book and the simplicity of recipes. I can do this and I think my husband and 12 year old daughter will enjoy the meals because I use many of the seasonings and spices used in the recipes.
Honestly appears that this book was never proofread. The recipes are just ok.
